We are looking for smart sales engineers who want to learn something new every day and work mostly in an agile team to make it happen.
You will be our Senior Sales Executive Director and take care of our ecosphere customers. Advancing the sales processes for infinite branches, finding new key markets for our IoT platform, and recruiting new sales personnel with the needed virtues. You will help our customers and partners to evaluate and certificate new applications and technologies. You are a visionary in IoT technologies and a professional digital merchant. Reinventing business processes helps our customers and partners to digitally transform their business into new sources of revenue. You create and engage in new directions to serve our partners for their business developments.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing and commercial qualifications in one of the following fields: Industry, Health Care, State Services or Transportation
- 4+ years inside sales or sales development preferably in language/technology or IT software distribution
- Leading a technology-oriented sales team is something you did before
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- A high level of personal interest in IoT, AI, ML
- Working knowledge of team leading with CRM, preferably Zoho
- Master of Office applications, including Google Suite, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Data-Driven Sales Decisions are the basis of your decisions
- Excellent discussion and presentation skills
- Open-minded to spot opportunities before they arise
- You are a strategic sales executive with the ability to define sales strategies for cutting edge products and services

- Manage the overall customer portfolio
- Lead a team of highly ambitious sales engineers
- Set goals, define KPI and help your team to achieve them
- Understand your clients, guide them through the sales process
- Understand your clients’ pain points and communicate them to your team
- Support your team members, help to spread knowledge
- You take responsibility for everything you do
- Work with our CEO to define and fulfill Sales Driven KPI and define sales strategies
- Build and manage the sales team on your own
